Do you handle stormwater management pond clean-outs?
Yes. Stormwater pond clean-outs and rehabilitation are a core part of our work. This can include sediment removal, dewatering, access planning, and restoration in accordance with project requirements.
Who do you typically work with?
We regularly work with municipalities, conservation authorities, engineers, developers, and private clients on a wide range of excavation and restoration projects.
Do you take on residential or rural projects?
Yes. While much of our work is municipal and engineering-based, we do take on residential and rural projects when they are a good fit for our equipment and expertise.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Nick Marych Contracting is fully insured and bondable, and we are a member of the Barrie Construction Association.
Are you OHSA compliant?
Yes. Safety is a top priority. Our team is OHSA compliant, properly trained, and follows established health and safety policies and procedures on every job.
Are you MOECC approved?
Yes. We hold MOECC Compliance Approval for Waste Management Systems and are approved to properly handle and dispose of regulated materials in Ontario.
